Op 7 jaar tijd groeide Dataroots uit van 2 (onze founders Jonas en Bart) naar +150 medewerkers. Om deze groei te kunnen blijven verder zetten zijn we op zoek naar nog een echte Dataroots-ambassador die het juiste talent aan boord haalt
Je staat in voor de zoektocht en instroom van onze IT-specialisten in AI, data engineering, cloud engineering, data strategy & architecture en andere interne vacatures. Hiervoor bouw je een netwerk op in de AI-wereld via Linkedin, events, jobbeurzen, onze medewerkers en andere vindingrijke kanalen. Je steekt met plezier de handen uit de mouwen in het beheren van onze vacatures
Dankzij jouw vlotte pen match je ons Dataroots-DNA met de juiste kandidaat en prikkel je hun interesse. Je bent erg creatief in het vinden van de juiste match en neemt ownership op in jouw rol. Je volgt het rekruterings- en selectieproces nauw op en je kan op die manier elk moment een update geven over de stand van zaken aan onze HR Manager. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking met andere betrokken collega’s. Je hebt oog voor detail, gaat steeds op zoek naar het verder optimaliseren van onze HR-processen en bent helemaal mee met de laatste rekruterings- en HR trends.

Je hebt dezelfde ROOTS als wij: R(evolutionary) O(wnership) O(pen) T(rustworthy) S(traightforward).Je staat met beide benen stevig in het rekruteringsveld en hebt minimaal 1 relevante werkervaring om op terug te vallen.Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak.Je bent een echte plantrekker, werkt zelfstandig en proactief. Je krijgt energie van een snelgroeiende omgeving waarin een flexibele mindset een absolute must is. IT-talenten prikkelen en motiveren? Jij bent niet bang om je handen vuil te makenJe kent de juiste rekruteringskanalen als je broekzak en zet onze vacatures doelgericht in de spotlights.Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
