Voor een marktleider in machinebouw op gebied van engeneering, productie en service van geautomatiseerde vul-, sluit- en sterilisatiesystemen zijn we op zoek naar een deeltijdse gemotiveerde shipping coordinator.

Het takenpakket:
* Voorbereiden verzenddocumenten: creëren van afrekeningen, paklijsten en andere handelsdocumenten voor machineonderdelen en projecten met behulp van een ERP-systeem.
* Invoer verzendinformatie: registreer verzendgegevens en transportopdrachten in e-mails en Word-documenten
* Coördinatie van transportinstructies: geef duidelijke transportinstructies aan verzenders en kies de meest geschikte verzendmethode
* Klantencommunicatie: bevestig verzenddetails aan klanten en onderhoud de communicatie om een soepele levering te garanderen
* Archiefbeheer: organiseer en onderhoud een gestructureerd archiefsysteem voor verzenddocumenten
* Interne samenwerking: werk nauw samen met afdelingen zoals klantenservice, inkoop, magazijn, verpakkingsafdeling en service om essentiële informatie en documenten uit te wisselen
