Comment faites-vous bouger Bruxelles ?


En tant que Compliance & Waste Manager, vous rapportez au responsable de la Cellule Environnement et entretenez des liens étroits avec toutes les entités de la STIB.

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

 

  • Vous gérez l’obtention des permis d’environnement pour l’exploitation des activités de la STIB
  • Vous maintenez une expertise approfondie de la législation relative aux permis d’environnement
  • Vous accompagnez stratégiquement les chefs de projet dans la définition de la demande de permis d’environnement afin d’optimaliser l’obtention de nouveaux permis d’environnement conformes aux besoins de la STIB ;
  • Vous coordonnez la récolte des données (attestations, inventaires, plans, …), la constitution des dossiers de demande, les études thématiques et des rapports/études d’incidences sur l’environnement ;
  • Vous gérez la conformité légale environnementale de l’exploitation des activités des entités de la STIB
  • Vous assistez les entités en clarifiant les prescriptions de la législation environnementale, en les traduisant dans un vocabulaire opérationnel et en lien avec la réalité du terrain
  • Vous coordonnez les bureaux d’études agréés pour la réalisation des études de Reconnaissance de l’Etat du Sol, études détaillées, études de risques, projets de gestion du risque et projets d’assainissement
  • Vous gérez les aspects relatifs à l’écoconstruction dans les projets, en définissant les standards, en formant/accompagnant les chefs de projets et en veillant à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie
  • Vous représentez la cellule Environnement de la STIB dans les relations et négociations avec Bruxelles Environnement relatives aux thématiques ci-dessus et développez des relations constructives.
  • Vous assurez la responsabilité du pôle opérationnel de la Cellule Environnement composé de 3 personnes au total (manager compris)  et dont les thématiques sont déchets et ressources, installations de traitement des eaux usées, permis d’environnement et compliance, sols pollués, écoconstruction.

  • Niveau master dans un domaine technique de préférence 
  • Expérience en gestion de l’environnement dans le milieu industriel
  • Formation complémentaire en gestion de l’environnement
  • Expertise approfondie de la législation environnementale et de sa mise en oeuvre opérationnelle
  • Expertise approfondie en gestion des sols pollués
  • Bonne connaissance active (orale et écrite) de la 2ème langue nationale
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, en partenariat, attitude commerciale, dynamique, persévérant, positif et proactif.
  • Expérience concluante dans le change management
