Votre mission est de gérer des projets et business requests en lien avec nos infrastructures de transport public (tunnels, stations de (pré)métro, dépôts) ; ces projets ont pour but d’amener des modifications nécessitant soit une coordination entre différents intervenants au sein de la STIB soit entre différents services d’éxécution et pour lesquels une gestion de projet formalisée est nécessaire. Ces projets sont donc multitechniques et ayant des budgets assez conséquents (+-5 millions d’euros). Vous participez donc à des projets ayant un haute valeur ajoutée pour le client.
- Analyser les demandes et réaliser une étude de faisabilité fonctionnelle, technique et au niveau des risques avant de la présenter pour validation par les parties prenantes.
- S’assurer de l’intégration des exigences exprimées par le demandeur au sein du projet et vérifier la tenue du planning et des budgets convenus dans le Project Charter.
- Assurer la mise en oeuvre des objectifs du projet.
- Remonter aux parties prenantes toute décision relative à une déviation dans le projet en termes de qualité, coût et délai qui dépassent votre mandat et proposer des solutions ou alternatives et informer proactivement son Project Board.
- Exécuter un rôle de facilitateur avec les parties prenantes, mettre en place l’équipe de projet et en être le moteur.

Une politique de rémunération équitable
A la STIB, votre salaire est calculé en toute transparence, en tenant compte de vos responsabilités et de votre expérience, peu importe votre sexe ou vos origines
- Diplôme : vous êtes ingénieur.e à orientation technique, architecte ou disposez d’un bachelor technique avec expérience équivalente
- Vous disposez d’une expérience relevante en gestion de projets dans les domaines bâtiments et/ou infrastructures ;
- Vous maitrisez le français ou le néerlandais ; la connaissance de l’autre langue est un atout à votre candidature
- Être familier de la législation sur les marchés publics et/ou en contract management est un plus
- Compétences clés: bonne communication, prise de décision, capacité d’analyse et de discernement, autonomie et proactivité
