La mission principale du département Transport Solutions est de soutenir la direction « Operations » dans ses activités quotidiennes de transporter nos voyageurs d'un point A à un point B.
Nous développons, exploitons et assurons la maintenance des solutions informatiques intervenant dans la planification des véhicules et des chauffeurs, la communication entre les chauffeurs et les véhicules, l'information des passagers aux arrêts, le contrôle d'accès (portillons) aux quais.
Au sein du département Transport Solutions, vous assurez la stabilité des systèmes de production en tant que responsable de la gestion et de la mise en œuvre d'un certain nombre de releases (planification, contrôle de qualité, communication, amélioration continue du processus)
Identifier les risques, l'impact (technique et business) et les interdépendances de toutes les demandes en collaboration avec les coordinateurs des release et/ou les chefs d'équipe.
* Vérifier l'existence des « livrables » lors du release (résultats des tests, procédure d'installation du release, analyse des risques et impacts, documentation opérationnelle, etc.).
* Assurer la communication pendant les moments clés du release (planification, procédure, mise en œuvre) au sein du département IS et vis-à-vis du business.
* 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en release management ou dans la réalisation de projets informatiques et dans la coordination d'une équipe (équipe opérationnelle et équipe de test).
* Connaissance générale des TIC - principalement de l'infrastructure TIC (applications, base de données, serveur, réseau, sécurité, client).
