Job Opportunity: Demand Planning Specialist

The Role:

As a Demand Planning Specialist, you'll manage a set of countries in the Mid-Europe cluster (France, BeLux, Switzerland), overseeing and improving the monthly Demand Plan for the products in your portfolio. Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager Mid-Europe, you'll lead forecast discussions and collaborate across functions to support achieving commercial targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Enhance forecast accuracy for the cluster consistently and share best practices with team members.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Commercial and other functions within the cluster and/or market.
  • Lead monthly Cluster Demand Review meetings and Integrated Business Planning sessions.
  • Analyze business intelligence to identify gaps and manage supply issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal stock levels and market coverage.
  • Support product launches and other initiatives within the team and market.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain with minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Pharmaceuticals.
  • Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in IT tools like Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Fluency in English and French and/or German is advantageous.
