Voor één van onze klanten, een groot familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in parfums en cosmetica dat al vele jaren op de markt is, zijn wij op zoek naar een Demand Planning Manager.

**Jouw uitdaging**

Je leidt het commerciële en operationele planningsproces door:

- Het leiden van de maandelijkse consensusvergadering in samenwerking met de Sales Manager, KAM Manager en Customer Development om het promotionele actieplan te herzien om de nodige gegevens te verzamelen voor een optimale forcast per SKU.
- Het berekenen van lokale prijzen voor grondstoffen, promoties en lanceringen, rekening houdend met commerciële voorwaarden
- Beoordelen van belangrijke prestatie-indicatoren, waaronder de nauwkeurigheid van de prognoses en bevooroordeelde resultaten
- Het afstemmen van de prognosewaarde en het verklaren van verschillen volgens het budget
- ...

Je werkt nauw samen met lokale teams en het hoofdkantoor door:

- Relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden met relevante lokale teams en het hoofdkantoor om een duidelijke informatiestroom mogelijk te maken
- Een goed begrip te krijgen van de strategieën van de retailers door nauw samen te werken met de KAM's
- Volgen van merkontwikkelingen en korte
- en langetermijnplannen met marketing
- Bewaking van de verkoop, promotiemix en belangrijkste prioriteiten van de detailhandelaren met customer development
- Samen met financiën het progressieve netto inkomstenbudget per productlijn opstellen
- De wereldwijde vraagplanners voorzien van lokale marktinformatie die de prognoses van de productlijnen beïnvloedt en wijzigingen in de prognoses maandelijks toelichten.

Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met retailer supply chain teams door:

- Samen te werken met KAM's en belangrijke retailers om een gemeenschappelijke forecast op te stellen tijdens belangrijke periodes.
- Het herzien van serviceniveaus en de nauwkeurigheid van prognoses op basis van gezamenlijke plannen
- Het ondersteunen van het klantenserviceteam met voorraadbeschikbaarheid en leveringsplanning logistiek

Je plant en voert lanceringen en promoties uit met de verkoop
- en marketingteams door:

- Planning van hoeveelheden voor lanceringen en promoties
- Reageren op veranderingen in de verkoop op basis van de mate van succes en de prognose dienovereenkomstig aanpassen
- De resterende promotionele voorraad op te volgen en samen te werken met de verkoop
- en marketingteams om deze op te ruimen
- Zorgen voor de juiste fasering van lanceringen, promoties, enz.
- Bepalen van de behoeften aan flexibiliteit en wendbaarheid bij onvoorspelbare gebeurtenissen

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in business/engineering en/of minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je hebt ervaring met S&OP en/of sales forecasting
- Je bent analyse
- en strategiegericht
- Je bent nauwgezet, georganiseerd, proactief en hebt het vermogen om oplossingen te vinden
- Je hebt goede communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Je hebt sterke Excel-vaardigheden
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
