Pour l'un de nos clients, une grande société familiale spécialisée dans les parfums et les cosmétiques présente sur le marché depuis de nombreuses années, nous recherchons un Demand Planning Manager.

**Votre défi**

Vous dirigez le processus de planification commerciale et opérationnelle en:

- Dirigeant la réunion mensuelle de consensus en collaboration avec le directeur commercial, le directeur KAM ainsi que le service de développement de la clientèle afin de réviser le plan d'action promotionnel afin de rassembler les datas nécessaires pour un forcast optimal par SKU
- Calculant les prix locaux pour les produits de base, les promotions et les lancements en tenant compte des conditions commerciales
- Revoyant les indicateurs clés de performance, y compris la précision des prévisions et les résultats biaisés
- Réconciliant la valeur forcast et en expliquant les différences en fonction du budgetVous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales et le siège en:

- Construisant et en maintenant des relations avec les équipes locales et le siège concernées pour permettre un flux d'informations clair
- Obtenant une bonne compréhension des stratégies des détaillants en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les KAM
- Suivant l'évolution des marques et des plans à court et à long terme avec le marketing
- Surveillant les ventes des détaillants, le mix promotionnel et les priorités clés avec le développement de la clientèle
- Travaillant avec le service finance afin d'établir le budget progressif du revenu net par ligne de produits
- Fournissant aux planificateurs de la demande mondiale des informations sur les marchés locaux qui influent sur les prévisions des lignes de produits, en expliquant les changements dans les prévisions, sur une base mensuelleVous construisez et entretenez des relations avec les équipes de la chaine d'approvisionnement des détaillants en:

- Travaillant avec les KAM et les principaux détaillants pour établir une prévision commune lors des périodes clés
- Revoyant les niveaux de services et la précision des prévisions sur la base des plans conjoints
- Soutenant l'équipe du service client en ce qui concerne la disponibilité des stocks et la logistique de la planification des approvisionnementsVous planifiez et exécutez des lancements et des promotions avec les équipes de ventes et le marketing en:

- Planifiant des quantités pour les lancements et les promotions
- Réagissant aux changements dans les ventes en fonction du niveau de succès et en modifiant les prévisions en conséquence
- Suivant les stocks promotionnels restants et en travaillant avec les équipes de vente et du marketing afin de les liquider
- Assurant le bon phasage des lancements, des promotions,
- Définissant les besoins de flexibilité et d'agilité en fonction d'événements imprévisibles
- Ajustant les besoins : priorisation, avancement du produit, **Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master dans le secteur du commerce/ingénieur et/ou avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Vous avez de l'expérience en S&OP et/ou en prévision des ventes
- Vous êtes orienté analyse et stratégie
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, proactif et avez la capacité de trouver des solutions
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
- Vous avez de solides compétences en Excel
- Vous êtes francophone et avez de très bonnes bases en néerlandais et en anglais
