Job Description

The Role:

Join us as a Demand Planning Specialist, focusing on countries in the Mid-Europe cluster including France, BeLux, and Switzerland. You will play a key role in coordinating, analyzing, and submitting the monthly Demand Plan for your product portfolio. Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager Mid-Europe, this position offers a one-year contract initially.

This role entails collaborating across functions, leading forecast discussions, and supporting Commercial teams to achieve our targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance forecast accuracy for the cluster and share best practices with team members.
  • Serve as the main contact for Commercial and other functions at cluster and market levels.
  • Lead monthly Cluster Demand Review meetings and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) sessions.
  • Gather and analyze business intelligence, bridging financial and demand plans.
  • Proactively address supply issues by working closely with relevant teams.
  • Engage with various stakeholders monthly to optimize stock levels and market coverage.
  • Support product launches and new product introduction/deletion governance.
  • Back up other demand planners and assist with team tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to the monthly Intrastat Declaration and support market/cluster initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain with at least 3 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Advantageous to have Six Sigma knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain operations, GxP, and Regulatory standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proficient in IT tools like Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Fluent in English and French and/or German is a plus.
