Binnen Eiffage Energie Systèmes Belux begeleiden meer dan 1.100 vrouwen en mannen hun klanten van ontwerp tot onderhoud van hun installaties. Functieomschrijving Je bent lid van een team van 20 personen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Directeur Human Resources van de Groep. Als HR Project Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, organisatie en coördinatie van Soft HR-projecten, in lijn met het HR-beleid van het bedrijf en de vastgestelde doelstellingen.
Je ondersteunt de dochterondernemingen bij de implementatie van projecten en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met HR-teams, de managementteams van deze dochterondernemingen en diverse betrokken partijen om ervoor te zorgen dat de doelstellingen en behoeften op elkaar zijn afgestemd.
Je houdt toezicht op de implementatie van projecten in de dochterondernemingen, waarbij je KPI’s gebruikt om je acties te sturen.
Je zorgt voor transparante communicatie over de voortgang van de projecten en lost eventuele problemen die zich voordoen zelfstandig op.
Naast je rol in de projecten ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de dochterondernemingen, waarbij je operationele ondersteuning biedt aan het management en HR-medewerkers.
Je draagt ook bij aan het verbeteren van bestaande procedures door innovatieve ideeën voor te stellen en proactief te zijn.
Je houdt voortdurend de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van Soft HR in de gaten om je kennis bij te werken en je geloofwaardigheid te waarborgen.
Je beschikt over een Master / Bachelor diploma in Human Resources.
Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een Soft HR-functie en voelt je zeer comfortabel met performance management, competentiebeheer, personeelsbegeleiding, het implementeren van tools, ...
Ervaring in projectmanagement is een sterke troef.
Je bent gepassioneerd door de wereld van Human Resources en wilt blijven groeien in deze sector.
Kennis van sociale wetgeving is gewenst.
Je voelt je comfortabel in zowel het Frans als het Nederlands, waarbij een van deze talen je moedertaal is en de andere goed beheerst wordt.
Je hebt persoonlijkheid en drive, en je bent in staat om veranderingen te stimuleren door innovatieve verbeteringen voor te stellen.
Je bent een actief lid van het team, bevordert uitwisselingen en bent tegelijkertijd zelfstandig in de voortgang van je projecten.
