- Le prochain manager de nos consultants
En tant qu'Account Manager, tu es le premier point de contact de nos consultants. Tu es un véritable "problem solver" et tu aides les consultants à progresser dans leur carrière. Tu discutes avec eux de leur évolution dans leurs domaines d'expertise et vous esquissez ensemble un plan de carrière.
Vous déterminez ensemble quelles formations sont intéressantes pour eux et vous identifiez les futures opportunités.
Tu es également le premier point de contact pour toutes les questions pratiques. Ne t'inquiète pas, nous disposons d'une équipe expérimentée dans les questions administratives et le payroll pour te soutenir.
- Expert commercial et technique
Tu es responsable de la croissance de ton portefeuille de clients. Tu gères la relation avec les clients déjà existants et ceux qui le deviendront
La combinaison de tes compétences commerciales et de ton expertise dans les domaines HR & Finance te permettent d'agir en tant que véritable conseiller auprès de tes clients.
Ce poste est principalement axé sur la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients existants que tu dois élargir en identifiant les opportunités potentielles.
Tu es capable d'adapter parfaitement nos services à leurs besoins.
En outre, tu t'efforces toujours de renforcer la relation avec votre client.
Avec eux, tu discutes également des performances de tes consultants et tu mets en place une stratégie pour les optimiser.
