Als quality assurance teamleader kom je terecht in een internationaal bedrijf in het Gentse. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de leiding van het Quality team, audits en het verbeteren van de kwaliteit in diverse aspecten.

Als Quality assurance teamleader kan je volgende taken verwachten;
- Leidinggeven aan het Quality Assurance Team.
- Ontwikkelen, implementeren, verbeteren en onderhouden van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidssystemen volgens ISO9001 en BRC-standaarden.
- Beheren van interne en externe audits en inspecties.
- Afhandelen van externe klachten, inclusief:
- Beheer van het klachtensysteem (KMS).
- Communicatie met klanten bij kritische klachten.
- Verantwoordelijk voor:
Reduceren van externe klachten door oorzaakanalyse en opvolgen van actieplannen (CAPA).
Verminderen van interne kosten door het reduceren van interne non-conformiteiten.
- Beheer van leveranciersklachten en klantenspecificaties.
- Onderhouden van kwaliteitscontacten met belangrijke grondstofleveranciers.
- Nauw samenwerken met productie, kwaliteit, supply chain en business support/sales.

    - Analytisch, planmatig en conceptueel denkend.
    - Grondige kennis van Microsoft Office; vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus.
