In het team Clinical Release and Stability (CRS) zijn wij op zoek naar een Stability Project Owner (wetenschapper).

Het Clinical Release and Stability (CRS)-team is een cruciaal onderdeel van de afdeling Analytical Development in de Discovery, Product Development & Supply (DPDS)-organisatie binnen Janssen R&D en streeft naar een volledig wetenschappelijk inzicht in het stabiliteitsgedrag van Drug Substance (DS) en Drug Product (DP) voor kleine moleculen en nieuwe modaliteiten door het ontwerpen, uitvoeren en interpreteren van op maat gemaakte stabiliteitsstudies. Daarnaast is CRS verantwoordelijk voor de (niet-)klinische introductie en productie-/karakteriseringsondersteuning van DS en DP vanaf fase I tot en met registratie.

In deze rol wordt de CRS Stability Project Owner toegewezen aan verschillende ontwikkelingsprojecten waarbij jij alle gerelateerde CRS-aspecten afhandelt en de âgo-toâ persoon bent als het gaat om stabiliteit en release-gerelateerde vragen voor de toegewezen ontwikkelingsprojecten.

belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwerp en coördineer experimenten om de chemische en fysische stabiliteit van een nieuw product te evalueren.

  • Werk nauw samen met interne en externe laboratoria in Europa, de VS en India om te zorgen voor een âright-first timeâ uitvoering.

  • Inzicht bieden in de stabiliteit van geneesmiddelen op de lange termijn met behulp van voorspellende modellen en traditionele stabiliteitstests.

  • Voer datatrending uit met geavanceerde visualisatietools (bijv. Tableau®).

  • Vertegenwoordig onze groep in het cross-functionele analytische team waar je samenwerkt met de analytische projectleider en andere analytische functies om de projectbehoeften te vertalen naar deliverables zoals ontwikkeling, karakterisering en ondersteuning voor releasetests.

  • Communiceer, bespreek en rapporteer de stabiliteitsresultaten met stabiliteitsexperts, het cross-functionele productteam en het hogere management.

  • Mondiale projectcoördinatie, aangezien uw projecten vaak kantoren en tijdzones omvatten.

  • Beheer analytische onderzoeken en afwijkingen.

  • Zorg ervoor dat alle relevante regelgeving, GMP en veiligheid worden nageleefd.

    • Masterdiploma in scheikunde, bio-ingenieur of farmaceutische wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

    • Diepgaande kennis en ervaring met analytische technieken die nodig zijn voor de karakterisering van geneesmiddelen en geneesmiddelen.

    • Sterke plannings- en volgvaardigheden, goed georganiseerd en in staat om meerdere projecten af ââte handelen met betrekking tot prioriteiten en middelen

    • Uitstekende organisatie-, communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden in teamverband.

    • Flexibel en snel aan te passen aan de voortdurend veranderende zakelijke behoeften

    • Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in de Engelse taal

    • Praktische ervaring in de industrie en kennis van de GMP-regelgeving zijn een troef
