We are looking for a talented student to join our People team that is interested in consulting, technology, marketing and business development, and has the ambition to grow within the company on a professional and personal level. This internship is primarily focused on the branding and communications domain.

Working at NTT

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide creative input on communication campaigns and strategy.
  • Manage HR communications & events
  • Active participation in go-to-market approach and strategy (company culture, job fairs, storytelling, identify opportunities)
  • Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives to gain exposure to different areas of internal communication
  • Overall, participate proactively in all People initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects

Knowledge and experience

Must:

  • You are proficient in English, both verbal & written
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Flexible, Ability to work as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and proactive and able to take initiative
  • Hands-on, operational, able to think out of the box and be creative
  • Technology savvy
  • You are able to provide us with a University Agreement

Nice to have:

  • Dutch knowledge/ French knowledge
  • Communication, Marketing Linguistics, Human Resource Management or Sociology masterâs degree (completed or in process)
  • Experience working with websites or blogs (i.e. Wordpress)
  • Experience drafting visually attractive communications
