We are looking for a talented student to join our People team that is interested in consulting, technology, marketing and business development, and has the ambition to grow within the company on a professional and personal level. This internship is primarily focused on the branding and communications domain.Working at NTT
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide creative input on communication campaigns and strategy.
- Manage HR communications & events
- Active participation in go-to-market approach and strategy (company culture, job fairs, storytelling, identify opportunities)
- Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives to gain exposure to different areas of internal communication
- Overall, participate proactively in all People initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects
Knowledge and experience
Must:
- You are proficient in English, both verbal & written
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexible, Ability to work as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and proactive and able to take initiative
- Hands-on, operational, able to think out of the box and be creative
- Technology savvy
- You are able to provide us with a University Agreement
Nice to have:
- Dutch knowledge/ French knowledge
- Communication, Marketing Linguistics, Human Resource Management or Sociology master's degree (completed or in process)
- Experience working with websites or blogs (i.e. Wordpress)
- Experience drafting visually attractive communications
