Our Customer in the European Medical Market is looking for is immunology EU to advance the operational model around these digital marketing solutions to meet the latest practices and evolve our marketing automation towards value generation to both internal and external stakeholders.

Do you have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in omnichannel/digital marketing, in which you have gained experience with business planning, project management and execution of marketing automation journeys and CRM and do you have experience within Pharma (this is not an asset, burt a must.

A bachelor's degree minimum in business (BBA) or a Beachelor in Digital Marketing or Digital Communication, with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsets.

⢠Being familiar with user journey design is realy a MUST.

⢠Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.

⢠Prove cross functional project teamâs leadership.

⢠Able to develop and maintain internal and external networks.

⢠Understand appropriate compliance and regulatory guidelines.

MANDATORY: Proven experience in USER JOURNEY DESIGN

Languages: English (mandatory); German, French and/or Spanish (advantage)

Interview process: 1-2 rounds of interviews @the customer, then after hiring: a contract with Randstad Professionals (as a Freelance or as an Employee).

Context

In recent years, our customer has evolved its digital maturity to respond to higher customer experience expectations. Aligned with the latest digital standards such as immersive design, interactivity, and data collection, we have launched a portfolio of digital marketing solutions such as our promotional and medical education web portals, marketing automation solutions leading to/from these portals, connecting usersâ journeys from social and 3rd party media, accompanying them pre/during/post events and webinars, and ultimately allowing us to deliver on our omnichannel vision.

The management of these key digital channels take place in highly challenging environments: the local owners are either overloaded with marketing automation content- and data-related âadminâ tasks or are paying high costs to different agencies to support them. Moreover, the pressure also translates into an increased effort on the support and change management teams, which end up being overcharged with campaign-specific tasks.

A direct consequence of these complexities translates into challenges in demand planning, campaign management, data quality and consistency, among others.

For this reason, our customer wth its EU immunology department, is looking to advance the operational model around these digital marketing solutions to meet the latest practices and evolve our marketing automation towards value generation to both internal and external stakeholders.

Our objective is to create a centralized/specialized service to support marketing automation journey owners across all immunology assets in the EU, resulting in reduced friction in its usage and improved operational efficiencies.

The Marketing Automation Data Steward will have full


accountability for:


Marketing Automation (MA) demands (aka. MC demands) Review & budget approval:


Make sure that each MC demand is using the right process and tools at hand (standard journeys, template components, Stakeholder Journey Dashboards, â¦).

Do some Individual coaching with best practices at country level

Make sure that the budget is in line for EU/Local budget that was requested for the year

Make sure WBS is not missing

Monthly Budget monitoring

Participate to prioritization session, and follow-up more personally with countries when issues are flagged by development team to understand the source of the problem

Support in collecting local and EU forecasting plan for MA campaigns

Support Data Quality check and UAT on the SJD process

Do some coaching for the future Campaign Targeting Dashboard (Segmentation Tool)

Help support the new Key Message creation process, and its implementation in Source Clear


Responsible for tagging Key Messages for EU content in Source Clear (once new project is implemented) Competencies


A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in omnichannel/digital marketing, in which you have gained experience with business planning, project management and execution of marketing automation journeys and CRM. Experience within Pharma is a plus.


Minimum a bachelor's degree in business or digital marketing or digital communication, with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsets.


Familiar with user journey design.


Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.


Prove cross functional project teamâs leadership.


Able to develop and maintain internal and external networks.


Understand appropriate compliance and regulatory guidelines.


Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communications skills and fluent in English.
