We will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to become part of our Recruitment & Selection and Employer Branding team, which is responsible for finding potential talents and ensuring a strong connection between them and Elia as an employer. During your internship, you will do various administrative tasks that are crucial for a smooth operation.

 

What you will do:

 

•    Managing the planning, organisation and follow-up of visits by schools and student associations;
•    Helping to prepare reports, presentations and documents;
•    Helping our Employer Branding experts maintain project documentation and carry out administrative tasks;
•    Organising our events;
•    Managing correspondence and communications, including e-mails and document management;
•    Supporting the recruiters with job postings;
•    Further content of the internship can be determined together by mutual agreement.

EXTERNAL Your Profile
  • You are available for an internship of 2-3 months, from September to January.
  • You are preferably doing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to communication, office, management, HR, for example.
  • You have strong administrative skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
