Als Engineering Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor de mechanical workshop, waar je prototypes/tools maakt voor R&D en productievoorbereiding met zowel conventionele als CNC machines in draaiwerk, freeswerk, sheetmetal , 3D printing, ... Ook aanpassingen aan stukken en beperkte productiereeksen, net als het op orde houden van de workshop behoren tot je takenpakket.
Takenpakket
- Maken prototypes voor R&D + productietools: draaiwerk (conventioneel), freeswerk (conventioneel en CNC), boorwerk, plaatwerk (snijden en plooien), profielen zagen,etc
- Aanpassen van (kleine) productiereeksen
- 3D printers bedienen
- Onderhoud van machinepark, bestellen tools en materialen…
- Waken over de orde, netheid en veiligheid in de workshop
Kennis vereisten
- Draaien: conventioneel
- Frezen: conventioneel + CNC sturing (Heidenhainsturing – Centroid Sturing – Featurecam software)
- Plaatbewerking: conventioneel (snijden – plooien)
- 3D printers (Stratasys)
- Basiskennis CAD (Creo7.0)
- Standaardkennis PC : e-mail, tekstverwerking, excel
