The family company Stadsbader was founded in 1946 in Harelbeke. In the meanwhile, the company is directed by third generation Dominique Valcke. The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were a strong expansion of the specialisation segments and a reinforcement of the market position. Today the group is daily active in about 250 construction sites in Belgian and the neighbouring countries. Als Digital Construction Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de digitale architectuur en transformatie van onze bouwprojecten. Je creëert een ge ntegreerde digitale werkomgeving die samenwerking, efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau tilt. Door het slim inzetten van software en data zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt verlopen en goed op te volgen zijn Je vertaalt klant- en projectvereisten naar digitale workflows, processen en dashboards. Je selecteert, configureert en integreert digitale tools (zoals projectmanagementsoftware en documentbeheersystemen). Je coördineert digitale transformatie-initiatieven binnen projecten en het bedrijf. Je voorziet opleiding en ondersteuning van projectteams in het gebruik van digitale oplossingen. Je bewaakt de datakwaliteit en informatie-uitwisseling tussen alle stakeholders. Je beschikt over een Master in Bouwkunde, IT of een gelijkaardige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring/drive. Je hebt ervaring met digitale tools, wij maken onder andere gebruik van MS Sharepoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bricsys, Aconex, Relatics, MS Power BI, MS Project, Primavera, BIM-software, MS Power-Apps, SQL, SSAS, SSIS, DAX, Geodynamics, Navision, API's… Je hebt een sterkte kennis van data-integratie en procesoptimalisatie. Je bent communicatief, analytisch, gezond kritisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld. Ervaring met changemanagement is een pluspunt. Een uitdagende rol in een innovatieve bouwomgeving. De kans om digitale strategieën en processen mee vorm te geven. Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een toekomstgerichte organisatie.
