Role OverviewResponsible for managing day-to-day quality activities and ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements. The role supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main contact for quality-related mattersMaintain and improve the QMS in line with GMP/GDPOversee training, qualification, validation, calibration, and maintenance activitiesManage environmental monitoring programsCoordinate recalls, change control, deviations, complaints, and CAPASupport risk assessments and continuous improvement initiativesQualify and audit suppliers, subcontractors, and customersConduct internal audits and support external and regulatory inspectionsReview batch documentation and quality reportsPromote quality awareness and ensure timely escalation of quality issuesCandidate Profile5+ years’ experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environmentStrong communication skills; fluent in English and DutchProficient in MS OfficeOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyProactive, collaborative, and results-driven
