Wat doet een HR project consultant?
Als HR project consultant help je in naam van Randstad Professionals mee aan het succes van onze klanten. Je gaat voor een korte of langere periode met jouw passie voor en expertise in rekrutering, en/of payroll, en/of (operationeel, tactisch of strategisch) HR BP-schap aan de slag bij onze klant.
Onze klanten waar je projecten uitvoert zijn mooie referentieklanten, gaande van kmo's tot multinationals, in tal van verschillende sectoren.

Wat heb jij te bieden?
- Je hebt minimaal een eerste werkervaring als recruiter of binnen HR op zak
- Je bent flexibel op vlak van regio: je bent bereid tot maximaal 1 uur enkele rit te rijden naar jouw opdracht en je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
- Je hebt een bachelor- en/of masterdiploma op zak, of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau door voorgaande ervaringen
- Je bent Nederlandstalig maar vous vous débrouillez bien en Français. Being able to speak English is a great advantage ;-)
- Je hebt de consultant mindset: je bent proactief en past je snel aan Bovendien ben je resultaatgericht, klantgericht en hou je van samenwerken, maar ben je zeker ook zelfsturend.
