We are now entering a new phase: scaling our impact through data, digital platforms, and innovation.To lead this, we are looking for a Digital Innovation & Data Intelligence Lead. A senior, hands-on expert who combines strategic thinking with a builder’s mindset. Someone who can design the direction and make it real.You will shape the digital and data foundation that underpins everything we do and turn innovation into a repeatable engine for growth and impact.Your missionYou will own and build Double Pass’ digital and data ecosystem:Define and execute our data and digital strategy in line with business priorities.Create a coherent, scalable data and platform architecture that connects our tools, audits, benchmarks, and services.Turn promising ideas and prototypes into robust, production-ready products.Build alignment across consultants, developers, partners, and leadership.This is not a pure strategy role, and not a pure delivery role. It is a hybrid leadership role at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation.Who we are looking forWe are looking for a senior profile who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, shaping direction, and then rolling up their sleeves to deliver.You likely bring:5+ years of experience in digital transformation, data, platforms, consulting, product, or innovation roles.Experience designing and working with data platforms, APIs, dashboards, or digital products.A track record of turning strategy into execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.The ability to communicate comfortably with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.A pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset: conceptual when needed, hands-on when required.Nice to have:Experience in sports, performance analytics, or football-related environments.Experience working with federations, public institutions, or international organisations.Why join Double PassYou will shape something that matters; how football is developed globally.You will own a core pillar of our future: data, platforms, and innovation are central to our strategy.You will have real autonomy: this is a build-and-shape role, not a maintenance role.You will work internationally: with federations, leagues, clubs, and governments across continents.You will join a mission-driven, experienced team with deep credibility in football and research.Ready to make an impact?Send your CV and portfolio if relevant to jobs@doublepass.com
