Job Title: Operations Support Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring our members have an exceptional experience every day. Job Description: As Operations Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support various departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and providing assistance wherever needed. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
