We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Analyst to join our team at SII Belgium. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and then translating those into technical solutions. You would join various teams working in Agile mode for projects in the Energy, Retail, Banking or Telecom sectors. SII is a European digital and engineering services company of 16,000 experts. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals Create detailed project plans and timelines Write functional specifications for data processing chains Identify and mitigate project risks Support, manage the development of projects and coordinate stakeholders. Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders Write user and business guides, design training or information materials product. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client Qualifications: Proven experience in a Business or Functional Analyst role Master's degree in Computer science or any other relevant field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Experience in UML modeling tools or business process tools Knowledge of relational databases and being able to write database queries (SQL) Strong understanding of the software development life cycle Team player with active listening and comprehension Pro-active and assertive Fluent in English and Dutch or English and French (trilingual is a plus) We offer: A challenging and varied role in a growing company Opportunity to work with the latest technologies Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge through training and education Warm and open company culture, supported by an international group If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and business, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with SII Belgium.
