About the Company Are you a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience? Ready to contribute to projects where people, growth, and impact matter? At darwind, we welcome motivated professionals looking to strengthen and expand their analytical skills. About the Role As a Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business and IT. You translate needs into clear requirements, structure processes, and help deliver solutions that create real value. Responsibilities Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements. Facilitate interviews and workshops. Model processes (BPMN, UML) and produce clear documentation. Work closely with technical teams to refine user stories, flows and use cases. Perform analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. Manage stakeholders with different expectations. Operate in Agile or Waterfall environments. Profile You have a Master's Degree Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling and analysis. Knowledge of BPMN, UML, workshop facilitation and reporting. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity clearly. Analytical mindset and experience with Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus. Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus Compensation package An attractive salary package including hospitalization insurance, group insurance, meal compensation, and the choice between a company car with EU fuel card or the federal mobility budget.
