Job Title: Business Analyst Language: English, French is Plus Location: Brussels, Belgium Duration: ASAP - June 30th , 2026, extension possible Work Mode: Hybrid ( 2 or 3 onsite/week) Work regime: Full time Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities Job Description Business Analyst for Digital Solutions (Incl. AI) The DEPSIT (Digital Experience & Products Services – IT) team is responsible to design, deliver and operate custom digital products, from internal applications to applications used by patients and health care providers. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with solid Agile experience to strengthen our team. Your job will mostly consist of gathering functional requirements and translating them into detailed and unambiguous user stories. You will work on several digital products in development, including SKAI, our in-house platform for Generative and Agentic AI use cases. In addition, you will also facilitate the good transition of existing digital products to operations, ensuring sustainability through cleaned backlogs and consolidated the functional documentation. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating business value, enhancing user experience, and driving the adoption of next-generation digital solutions at Client. You will work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 40% in Client offices. Role & Responsibilities Play an active role in requirements definition, discussing, assessing, and analyzing needs with the Product Owner and multiple business stakeholders, while considering client IT strategy and pharma environment Facilitate workshops on product definition Collaborate closely with UX/UI design, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure requirements meet user experience highest standards, technical feasibility, and regulatory guidelines. Translate needs into requirements and actionable User Stories Maintain the product backlog organized and prioritized Explain and clarify User Stories for the Dev Team Evaluate implementation options with the Dev Team Collaborate with the Testing Team to prepare tests scenarios Perform final acceptance testing of User Stories Present the resulting product to stakeholders and collect feedback Support the smooth transition from project to maintenance by documenting the digital product Profile & Skills Fluent in English 5 years of experience as Business Analyst Proven experience with Agile and SCRUM, Kanban is a plus Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approach Excellent writing skills, producing clear, concise, and well-structured user stories Focus on the user value Demonstrate a growth mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Good communicator with strong experience in stakeholder management Good knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps Boards Good organizational skills and autonomous Pharma experience in a validated environment is a plus Experience in Design Thinking
