À propos du poste En tant que Business Analyst, vous jouez le rôle de pont entre le business et l'IT. Vous traduisez les besoins en exigences claires, structurez les processus et contribuez à livrer des solutions qui apportent une réelle valeur. Responsabilités Collecter, analyser et challenger les besoins métiers. Animer des interviews et des ateliers. Modéliser les processus (BPMN, UML) et produire une documentation claire. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques pour affiner les user stories, les flux et les use cases. Réaliser des analyses et formuler des recommandations pour l'amélioration des processus. Gérer les parties prenantes ayant des attentes variées. Travailler dans des environnements Agile ou Waterfall. Profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master. Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst. Expérience en collecte de besoins, modélisation de processus et analyse. Connaissance de BPMN, UML, de l'animation d'ateliers et du reporting. Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes. Esprit analytique et expérience avec Excel, Power BI ou outils similaires. La connaissance d'Agile/Scrum est un atout. Maîtrise du néerlandais et bonne connaissance du français sont un plus.
