Business Analyst – Brussels (Hybrid, Multilingual) We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support process improvement, digitalization, and operational efficiency initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable insights, and helping implement practical solutions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, model, and optimize business processes. Gather, validate, and document requirements, creating clear specifications for technical and business teams. Support change initiatives and process automation projects. Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders across business and IT. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in medium-to-large organizations. Experience with process modeling, documentation, and requirements management. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Languages: Active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French. Hybrid work setup: combination of on-site presence in Brussels and remote work.
