 Description

Als Infrastructure Technician sta je in voor het onderhoud aan facilitaire installaties. Je identificeert en diagnosticeert storingsproblemen voor de facilitaire installaties en helpt deze mee oplossen, in samenwerking met je team.

Onder facilitaire installaties wordt verstaan alle technische objecten welke in een gebouw aanwezig zijn zoals bouwkundige-, electro-technische- en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. E.e.a. betekent onderhoud aan deuren, poorten, ramen, lichtinstallaties, vloeren/plafonds en sanitaire objecten. 

Wat is het takenpakket van de Infrastructure Technician?

  • Uitvoeren van inspectief en preventief onderhoud aan het merendeel van voornoemde installaties.
  • Onderhouden, repareren en mogelijk re-installeren van genoemde Facilitaire installaties.
  • Diagnosticeren en oplossen van storingsproblemen voor facilitaire installaties, eventueel in overleg met de Facility Assistent.
  • Uitvoeren van de noodzakelijke werkvoorbereiding inclusief opstellen werkvergunningen bij de uitvoer van reparaties en/of het oplossen van storingen. 
  • De benodigde materialen worden door de technieker aangegeven waarna de facility assistent de materialen besteld. 
  • Begeleiden van externe uitvoerenden  indien hiervoor wordt gevraagd.
  • Bijhouden, afmelden en rapporteren van de werkzaamheden in het Facilitair Management Systeem.
  • Onderhouden en schoonmaken van de gereedschappen.
  • Aandragen van suggesties voor efficiënter gebruik van facilitaire objecten en implementeren van aanpassingen indien nodig.

Naar wat voor een Infrastructure Technician zijn we opzoek?

  • Vakinhoudelijke kennis en affiniteit met techniek.
  • Probleemoplossend denkvermogen.
  • Flexibele instelling.
  • Ruim verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Ervaring  in een vergelijkbare functie is aangewezen.
  • Klant- en kwaliteitsgerichte instelling.
  • Voldoende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Autonoom  kunnen werken bij uitvoeren van de taken.
  • Goede beheersing  van de Nederlandse taal en/of beheersing van de Engelse taal.
  • Bij voorkeur een technische opleiding (A2 of graduaat) en/of ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
