We specialize in providing a wide range of multinational clients from Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Heavy-industry, Life Sciences, Retail, Real Estate, Finance, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, Services, and IT among others with valuable cross-border legal support on a global basis. The main objectives of this function are: Spearhead growth of FLI's novel Digital Division, including the sales of its Legal, Compliance, and Software Services. Build a B2B Deal-Pipeline of Opportunities to solicit potential sales opportunities Manage, maintain, and optimize FLI's CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure optimize workflows and accuracies of information at all times. Review, manage, and mine through FLI's leads, databases, and contacts to source and establish contact for sales opportunities. Explore Enterprise Level Contracts/Deals for Licensing and White-labeling Solutions for FLI's SaaS. Work with the Business Development team to cross-sell SaaS as a standalone and/or embedded digital-solution to clients' pain-points. The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business and sales. They will take calls and maintain calendars, updated CRMs and Playbooks, and will be responsible for sourcing new business-development opportunities in the industry. Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to ensure ease of access and will report directly to the Group Chief Executive and the Chief Business Development Officer. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls & coordinating conference calls Maintain calendars and filter email activities Organize documents and reports/filing, pitch-decks, client-intelligence and more. Source and nurture qualified leads to ensure sales-calls with company representatives and officers. Design a client-pathway and life-cycle related to SaaS-use. Source, pitch, and close deals related to client-use and licensing of FLI's SaaS solutions. Source, pitch, and close deals related to Enterprise-level sales of FLI's SaaS in licensing, white-labeling, or equivalent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent mandatory, preferably in Management and/or Marketing 5+ Years Experience in an sales/account-management/prospecting/B2B Sales position Strong written and verbal communication skills with complete native proficiency in English Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment - hands-on mentality Proficiency with Office 365 Suite Proficiency with Salesforce/Pipedrive Preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3–5 years' experience in a related area, preferably in legal or professional services industry. Strategic, high energy; results and detail oriented. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build effective professional business relationships while providing analytical pricing recommendations. Experience in pricing and/or financial analysis. Ability to work additional hours when needed to meet critical deadlines. Strong computer and database skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Diplomacy, cooperation, follow through. Take an ownership approach to the assigned areas.
