Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking community that values excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.About the RoleAs a Deviations Senior Expert, you will join the Quality organization of one of our key pharmaceutical partners, located ners Brussels.You will play a central role in coordinating and performing investigations for critical and major deviations, ensuring full compliance with GMP expectations and supporting continuous improvement across the site’s operations.Your mission is to lead high‑quality, timely, and structured investigations, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (including customers), and drive robust CAPA implementation.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be accountable for leading and coordinating investigation activities for high‑impact deviations and Quality Events:Lead investigation activities for major deviations and quality events in collaboration with QAPrepare clear and well‑documented investigation reports, including assessments and CAPA proposalsIdentify and define corrective and preventive actions and assess their feasibilityVerify execution of CAPAs and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure root causes are correctly addressedAct as main point of contact for investigation activities, including interactions with customersPromote and ensure proper use of investigation methodologies in line with GMP expectations and internal policiesCollaborate across the internal network to share best practices and ensure alignment with corporate standards.Skills & QualificationsYou hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldYou have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and quality systemsYou have a strong knowledge of major application/management systemsYou are able to communicate easily across teams and with customersYou have a change‑management mindsetProblem‑solver, you take ownership of results.The Recruitment ProcessAt Nalys, our hiring process is designed to be transparent and engaging:Olivia Braszko, TA Specialist at Nalys, will review your application and schedule an initial screeningA second interview will be held with one of our technical expertsFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.Ready to Join?If you’re passionate about Quality, investigations, and driving improvements in a high‑impact pharmaceutical environment, we would love to hear from you👉 Apply now and build your next chapter with Nalys.
