Your team and your responsibilitiesTeam description
The Data team is at the core of the Customer Experience (CX) and Business Transformation division.
"Knowing our customers"is crucial to achieve leading customer experience across Europe and to maximise the business benefits for all the Toyota brands & products across the consumer lifecycle.
All initiatives within the data team revolve around 3 main pillars:
- Identifying our customers and consolidating their personal data (MDM)
- Managing & consolidating our customers' MKTG Consent (OneTrust)
- Building Customer 360 View around our customers
From product side, these 3 initiatives are being managed by dedicated product owners, each responsible for the development and roll-out activities of their individual products (Agile Scrum Approach).
The role of the Business Owner Customer Data will be to maintain the helicopter view of all ongoing activities and to help define the most optimal roadmaps for implementation across Europe, based on use case gathering, resource availability and dependencies on/from other Pan E initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- You identify dependencies between the different product streams (MDM, OneTrust and Customer 360) as part of the Pan E Customer Data strategy and define market specific and midterm roadmaps for implementation, considering the boundaries and capabilities of the individual product streams as well as the dependencies on other local and Pan-E initiatives.
- You support the overall business strategy for customer data related activities by building alliances across the organisation. Key stakeholders reside both on business (Marketing, DXP) as well as on IT&D (Enterprise Architecture, Data & IT Platforms) side. You will take care of internal and external stakeholder management and manage the different expectations regarding product roadmaps and deliverables.
- You act as an ambassador for the Pan E Customer 360 initiatives and proactively onboard NMSCs (National Marketing Sales Companies) by leading the use case discussions and engaging with them on customer data related initiatives on Pan E level (CEM, Snowflake, MSD, CDP,…).
- You keep the organization updated on challenges and progress in the different product streams, always in close collaboration with the respective Product Owners.
- You bring structure in the communication towards internal and external stakeholders and provide regular proactive updates on progress and learnings. You set-up and prepare regular meetings to report-out on progress and to identify additional use cases and challenges.
- You are fluent in English (TME's business language)
- You have +5 years experience in managing pan European or multimarket initiatives
- You are a strong communicator with good negotiating skills and track record in managing constructive relationships with NMSCs and external stakeholders
- You have a strategic business view
