We’re looking for a Key Account Manager E-Retail to accelerate our growth with leading global pure players. You’ll build strong strategic relationships, boost our digital visibility, and turn data-driven insights into real commercial impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow key partnerships with major e-tailersDevelop and execute account plans focused on revenue, profitability, and brand activation, including the setup of digital activations and joint campaignsNegotiate annual agreements Drive new business development and lead the onboarding of new e-retail accountsWork closely with marketing, supply chain & customer serviceAnalyse market and customer data to drive smart decisionsReport sales performance, forecasts & KPIsYour ProfileMaster’s degree or equivalent experience3-5 years’ experience in international key account management, preferably within e-retail and the home & living industryProficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and commonly used e-retail tools (e.g., analytics dashboards)Commercially driven, passionate about design, results-oriented, and strong in negotiationAnalytical thinking and familiarity with digital shelf & e-retail marketingTeam-oriented, proactive, and able to own projects independentlyFluent in Dutch & English, French is a plusWhat We OfferA dynamic and creative work environment in an international, growing companyThe opportunity to make an impact and drive process improvementsA close-knit team and a culture that values entrepreneurship and initiativeA competitive salary package aligned with your experience and responsibilitiesInterested?Let us hear from you Send your CV and motivation letter to margot.timmermans@serax.com.
