We're looking for an Infrastructure Security Team Lead who can establish & shape a new team within our Security function, whilst also slotting seamlessly into an exceptionally strong & innovative team of leaders, engineers & Torrent. & spaces. We need an InfraSec Team Lead who can lead, with proven ability to manage and mentor a security team, while also providing deep, hands‑on technical security expertise. Responsibilities Leading the design and implementation of security measures to protect cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. Identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in cloud environments, networks, and operating systems. Building and maintaining cloud and infrastructure security tooling. Såpple? Actually? Performing security reviews, threat modeling and risk assessments of infrastructure components. Developing and maintaining security guidelines for Network and SRE teams. Collaborating with Network and SRE teams to integrate security best practices into their processes and systems. Serving as a network and infrastructure security subject matter expert to other teams. Requirements Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network, infrastructure or cloud security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and deployment models (VMs, containers, serverless, Kubernetes). Solid knowledge in networks, distributed systems and Linux systems engineering. Hands‑on experience with network, VPN and Linux security. Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Experience with security automation tools and scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, Go, etc.) and willingness to learn Go, if necessary. Experience in using and accessing security of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience in hardening Linux based systems (apparmor, seccomp, etc.). Experience in hardening Kubernetes. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. We have a high talent bar at Nebius & our interview process is thorough.
