Postes ouverts : 3 Scrum Masters – Niveau Expert - Mission Longue durée Localisation : Bruxelles, Belgique (2 postes) Paris, France (1 poste) Statut : Freelance / Portage salarial Maroc → France & Belgique disponible Environnement international – Anglais obligatoire Contexte général Nous recherchons trois Scrum Masters Experts, capables d'intervenir dans des organisations Agile à grande échelle (tribes / squads), dont : 2 Scrum Masters pour Bruxelles 1 Scrum Master pour Paris Les missions concernent la création, structuration et accompagnement de nouvelles squads, ainsi que la coordination du delivery et l'amélioration continue dans des environnements SI complexes. Vos responsabilités Agile & Coaching : Mettre en place une nouvelle squad (setup, rituels, fonctionnement) Accompagner l'équipe et le Product Owner dans les bonnes pratiques Agile/Scrum Garantir la self-organization et la performance collective Animer les cérémonies : daily, planning, retro, review Favoriser un climat sain, collaboratif et ouvert Delivery & Coordination : Construire et suivre le plan de delivery des features Gérer dépendances, risques & obstacles Organiser des Scrum-of-Scrums pour alignement transverse Assurer un reporting clair auprès des équipes delivery / direction Collaborer avec : Release Manager, Feature Owner, Quality Owner, Opus Owner, etc. Profil recherché Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en rôle Scrum Master / Agile Coach Maîtrise approfondie du cadre Scrum et des pratiques Agile à l'échelle Expérience en setup de squads from scratch (fort atout) Capacité à coacher, fédérer, influencer Excellentes compétences de communication Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement multiculturel et exigeant Esprit analytique, autonomIe et leadership Anglais professionnel obligatoire, FR ou NL appréciés Formation Bac+3/5 ou équivalent Certification Agile appréciée : PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe, etc. Avantages 3 postes ouverts : 2 à Bruxelles & 1 à Paris Missions longues & stratégiques Environnement Agile mature Portage salarial Maroc → France / Belgique accepté Cadre international stimulant Intéressé(e) ?
