As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo: International environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada) More than 450 employees Over 20% growth each year We are currently looking for an Expert Scrum Master for one of our clients in the banking sector. Your responsibilities: Project Follow-up Act as delivery owner across multiple squads (X-squads). Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings. Schedule and follow the key steps of the Scrum methodology. Ensure smooth application of Scrum and help the Project Team face obstacles. Provide assistance to the Product Owner regarding the Product Backlog. Support the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD) and Sprint Backlog. Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes. Project Methodology & Coaching Coach and challenge the Project Team, promoting self-organization. Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from distractions. Serve as an Agile ambassador within the organization. Provide reporting to management on proper deployment of Scrum methodology. Manage risks and issues related to Agile projects. Your profile: Experience & Knowledge At least 6 years of relevant experience. Expert knowledge of Agile methodology and techniques (Scrum, Kanban). Experience managing dependencies in complex organizations, preferably in banking. Experience with multi-cultural teams. Good understanding of software development methodology, project management methodology, and Agile reporting tools (e.g., Jira). Familiarity with automated unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration tools. Soft Skills Team player with experience in multi-cultural environments. Strong communication skills. Excellent organization and planning abilities. Knowledge sharing and mentoring mindset. Agile mindset: positive attitude, learning-oriented, team-focused, and feedback-driven. Languages Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language.
