Je komt terecht in een grootschalig digitaliseringsprogramma binnen de publieke sector, gericht op het moderniseren en automatiseren van belangrijke administratieve en gerechtelijke processen. Het doel? Efficiëntere workflows, minder manueel werk voor de betrokken diensten, snellere doorlooptijden, en een betere, duidelijkere dienstverlening voor burgers. Het programma omvat meerdere langlopende initiatieven binnen digitalisering, data-uitwisseling, case management en procesautomatisering. Je werkt mee aan projecten die impact hebben op veiligheid, mobiliteit en administratieve vereenvoudiging — telkens met een sterke maatschappelijke waarde. Als Scrum Master ondersteun je meerdere agile teams die digitale producten bouwen en onderhouden. Je helpt het team groeien in zelforganisatie, structuur en focus. Hoewel je nog in de eerste fase van je carrière zit, speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van samenwerking, transparantie en het agile maturiteitsniveau. Je werkt in een hybride agile/waterfall-omgeving, maar met duidelijke focus op modernisering, automatisering en continue verbetering. Wat jij zal doen 1. Scrum events faciliteren Ondersteunen van sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews en retrospectives Mee bewaken van sprintdoelen, voortgang en teamafspraken Helpen bij het structureren van sprint backlog en goede refinement 2. Obstakels oplossen Actief detecteren van bottlenecks binnen het team Problemen escaleren waar nodig en mee zoeken naar pragmatische oplossingen Het team helpen om autonoom te werken en vlot door iteraties te gaan 3. Teamcohesie versterken Creëren van een veilige, open en constructieve teamcultuur Faciliteren van samenwerking tussen ontwikkelaars, analisten en stakeholders Stimuleren van ownership, betrokkenheid en continu leren 4. Product Owner ondersteunen Helpen bij backlogbeheer, prioriteitstelling en inhoudelijke voorbereiding Coördineren van demo's en stakeholdercommunicatie Mee bewaken van waardecreatie binnen elke sprint 5. Agile ambassadeur zijn Agile principes toegankelijk maken en promoten Bijdragen aan maturity labs, communities of practice en interne kennisdeling Zelf continu bijleren en nieuwe best practices binnenbrengen Profiel Must-haves Bachelor of masterdiploma 0–5 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master of binnen een agile team Kennis van agile frameworks zoals Scrum en Kanban Basiskennis van Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps of gelijkaardige tools Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, proactiviteit en team mindset Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans Fulltime beschikbaarheid What's in it for you?
