You will work closely with data teams and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact, production-ready AI systems.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy AI/ML models for logistics optimisation (forecasting, routing, automation).Develop scalable pipelines and model-serving infrastructure.Collaborate with data scientists to industrialise models.Translate business needs into technical AI solutions.Integrate AI systems into existing logistics applications and workflows.Ensure quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed models.Profile5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.Strong Python and cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).Experience with MLOps, pipelines, CI/CD, APIs.Background in optimisation, forecasting, or operational AI is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.Dutch speaking.
