Job Summary To support its continued growth, Insurope is looking for a Senior Group Employee Benefits Analyst to join its headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. In this role, you will report to the Chief Actuary. This is a unique opportunity to continue your career in a global insurance network, gaining hands-on experience in a highly analytical position. You'll be exposed to the inner workings of international employee benefits and insurance programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Production of Multinational Accounts Production of Multinational Pooling Illustrations (i.e. quotations) Responsible for analyzing technical issues and providing appropriate solutions Responsible for providing inputs to the Insurope Network Members in the preparation of their quotations Responsible for providing inputs and expertise to the Sales department with respect to the Multinational Accounts and Multinational Pooling Illustrations Responsible for preparing statistics and figures for the Insurope Network Members and Sales department Responsible for preparing , on project basis, topics to be discussed at the Technical Committee meeting Discuss deliverables and planning/timelines with all stakeholders (i.e. commercial/salespeople, network members, etc.) Maintaining existing tools (in Excel and Access) and testing of new developments Key Qualifications Three to five years of relevant experience in the Insurance and/or mathematics and/or economics and/or financial Institutions Minimum bachelor's degree required Knowledge of VBA or other programming languages (a plus) Knowledge/Experience in (International) Employee Benefits (a plus) Knowledge/Experience in re-insurance systems (a plus) Graduate actuary (a plus) Skills Required Fluency in English - other languages is an asset Great sense of organization and planning Great sense of figures Accurate - Process-driven and attentive to detail Capable to work independently as well as in a group How to apply If you are interested in applying for this position, please email your resume and a short cover letter to info@insurope.com clearly indicating "Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst" in the subject line.
