Job title:Senior Business Analyst Financial ProcessLocation:Brussels, BelgiumLangauges:English, Dutch and FrenchContract Duration:02/03/2026 - 26/02/2027Work Mode: Part time(2/5) and 2 days onsiteJob Description As part of the replacement of its accounting software, Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Financial Processes to carry out the following tasks.Analyse AS ISModel, analyze and map the existing financial processes of the Budget & Finance departmentAnalyse TO BEPropose improvements aimed at optimizing processes (digitalization, automation, simplification, etc.)Analyze and map the new processes necessary for the agency's operation.The objectives of these analyses are to:Facilitating a fit-gap analysis compared to a target solution = Fedcom (SAP S/4HANA) proposed by the FPS BOSAAllowing client to evaluate alternative solutions to FedcomRoles and Responsibilities:Analyze the existing documentationConducting working sessions and workshops with stakeholdersMapping and modeling existing processes ( BPMN methodology )Clarifying Fedasil's needs and specific requirements that may lead to change requests for the target solutionIdentify opportunities for improvement: standardization, optimization, automationSkillsBusiness Analysis – Lean methodologies (required) Business Analysis methodologies – TOGAF (an asset) BPMN modeling language Minimum 5 years' experience in financial process mapping, at various levels of granularityMinimum 5 years' experience in improving and optimizing financial processesMinimum 2 years' experience in managing financial processes at the federal levelKnowledge of the Fedcom (BOSA) solution and/or associated SAP modules (preferred target profile)Ability to engage and unite stakeholders, both in individual interviews and group workshopsAvailability on January 29th and/or 30th, 2026 for a selection interview
