Join the Powerhouse of Innovation at Capgemini's SAP Application Maintenance & Development Department and be part of revolutionizing business operations through optimized SAP systems YOUR ROLE As a domain lead you are responsible for all the delivery activities within the SAP Finance domain scope, including service levels and commitments compliancy. You will be leading the Application Management Service delivery in a distributed delivery model (incl. offshore) for your domain. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality and planning of service-related deliverables and you’re your team. You ensure the development of the knowledge & Expertise in the team by leading as an example. As a subject matter expert, you maintain the relationships with the client and report to the Service Delivery Manager. YOUR PROFILE Ensure high-quality engagement delivery, compliance, and timely completion of estimates and planning. Lead service operations as a Domain Subject Matter Expert, fostering innovation and implementing corrective actions for service excellence. Demonstrate expertise in SAP FI/CO and PSCD, with strong ABAP debugging skills and experience in system interface analysis and solution blueprinting. Proactively propose innovative solutions, leveraging knowledge of modules like PS, PM, FM, VIM, CATS, RAR, BRIM, and LSMW. Manage teams effectively, applying ITIL processes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
