You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality and planning of service-related deliverables and you're your team.You ensure the development of the knowledge & Expertise in the team by leading as an example.As a subject matter expert, you maintain the relationships with the client and report to the Service Delivery Manager.YOUR PROFILEEnsure high-quality engagement delivery, compliance, and timely completion of estimates and planning.Lead service operations as a Domain Subject Matter Expert, fostering innovation and implementing corrective actions for service excellence.Demonstrate expertise in SAP FI/CO and PSCD, with strong ABAP debugging skills and experience in system interface analysis and solution blueprinting.Proactively propose innovative solutions, leveraging knowledge of modules like PS, PM, FM, VIM, CATS, RAR, BRIM, and LSMW.Manage teams effectively, applying ITIL processes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
