Domain Architect-Finance TransformationBrussels, HybridAs a Finance Change Architect, you will join a dynamic development team to lead and transform the financial domain. You will be at the heart of strategic decision-making, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture aligned with other departments and delivery teams.For this role experience in a financial department is key .Your key responsibilities include:• Domain Architecture:Define and manage the overall architecture (applications, data, technologies, processes) in alignment with the Enterprise Architect.Propose solutions aligned with the global roadmap while ensuring their continuous evolution.• Standards Promotion:Leverage and promote standardized solutions to optimize costs.Integrate legal and regulatory constraints into the architecture of data and applications.• Interface Management:Design and continuously improve application interfaces to meet functional, non-functional, risk, and security requirements.• Domain Functionality:Translate business ambitions into concrete projects.Analyze the impact of changes on the application landscape and stakeholders.• Collaboration & Delivery:Work closely with the Business and Analysts to refine projects into features and user stories.Ensure seamless integration with other domains and platforms.• Solution Design:Oversee the design of application and technology solutions based on defined requirements.• Governance Participation:Contribute to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to assess and validate architectural solutions.• Quality Control:Ensure the effective implementation of the architecture while minimizing technical debt.Follow the full lifecycle of the relevant products.• Coaching & Leadership:Provide a clear framework and coach delivery teams to ensure execution is aligned with architectural design.Your Profile• Education & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in a FINANCIAL department.TOGAF,ARCHIMATE,SparxEA• Language Skills:Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a very good command of English.• Personal Qualities:A true team player, while also able to work autonomously.Strong client orientation with a keen eye for quality and solution delivery.Creative, responsible, and proactive in proposing innovative solutions.Our OfferA permanent contract within a positive and collegial work environment.An attractive salary package with extra-legal benefits such as meal vouchers and insurance, as well as customized bonuses to reward your contributions.The opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through a wide range of training programs.A healthy work-life balance.One day of remote work per week and easily accessible offices in the heart of Brussels.
