Your Job As SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant you are a key member of our Belgian SAP Practice, recently granted the SAP Belux service partner Excellence award. This means you will be part of the SAP team where you will be collaborating with the global SAP experts, Finance consulting group and the CFO & Enterprise Value group. Within that network you will be challenged to showcase your expertise and innovation at the clients . You will also be part of our CFO & Enterprise Value domain and broaden your knowledge to remain market relevant. This means you need to bring content but most of all grow your expertise on Finance, Controlling and Treasury. You are also supported by our global Accenture methodology and network when it comes to reinventing client roadmaps with e.g. RISE deals, Generative AI and S/4 transformations. Responsibilities As an SAP FI/CO Consultant you will be part of innovative, challenging SAP Finance Transformation projects where you will methodically engage with the business in an interactive way, get a better understanding of their business processes and (re)design and improve them. At the different clients you will be monitoring and delivering project deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the Go‑Live. You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues. You know how to process feedback, but you can also — depending on your experience — coordinate or manage a team and know how to maximize efficiency. With your SAP knowledge and skills, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships. Besides your daily job, and for the more experienced candidates, you also have the opportunity to drive and/or support other strategic plans within Accenture (pre‑sales, training initiatives, and innovation). Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. A penchant for managing high‑stakes projects and engaging major clients. Eagerness to shape and work in a team‑oriented environment. Open to travel as part of your project assignment. Technical Proficiency and Cultural Awareness Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP configurations. Proficiency in the SAP platform and its ecosystem. Passion for innovation and keen cultural awareness. Education and Experience At least 3 years of hands‑on SAP experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO). Exposure to SAP Delivery for in Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax) with a good understanding of the P2P & OTC flows and the integration of Logistics with Finance in SAP. Expertise in other Finance related modules is a big plus, such as: Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Treasury, or Credit Management. Minimum 2 full life‑cycle implementation experiences: including estimating, planning and delivering a solution end‑to‑end. At least 1 SAP certification in your area. A Master’s degree from a leading university or business school. Fluency in English. Fluency in Dutch or French. Experience in a Global Delivery Model.
