If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for a BI Developer to join our team, who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into meaningful business insights. You'll collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop scalable solutions, and ensure data accuracy and usability across the business. This role is based in Antwerp, Belgium. WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE; Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making Work with the data team to transform raw data into clean, meaningful datasets for reporting Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations Optimize report performance and improve usability based on user feedback and testing Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI solutions Stay current with Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve solutions Log issues and enhancements in Azure DevOps and support resolution as needed Participate in testing (UAT, system integration) to ensure successful report deployment OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE; 3–5 years of proven experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices Experience working with DAX, Power Query, and SQL Strong data modeling skills, with the ability to design star schemas and semantic models Familiarity with row-level security (RLS) and working with governed datasets Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in delivering reporting solutions Working written and oral proficiency in English and Dutch is a must Working written and oral proficiency in French is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with business and technical teams Self-starter with curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously grow Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL; Travel is required across Europe and North America (up to 10%)#LI-SM2
