If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for a BI Developer to join our team, who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into meaningful business insights. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop scalable solutions, and ensure data accuracy and usability across the business. This role is based in Antwerp, Belgium.WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-makingWork with the data team to transform raw data into clean, meaningful datasets for reportingCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizationsOptimize report performance and improve usability based on user feedback and testingEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI solutionsStay current with Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve solutionsLog issues and enhancements in Azure DevOps and support resolution as neededParticipate in testing (UAT, system integration) to ensure successful report deploymentOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE; 3–5 years of proven experience building dashboards and reports in Power BISolid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practicesExperience working with DAX, Power Query, and SQLStrong data modeling skills, with the ability to design star schemas and semantic modelsFamiliarity with row-level security (RLS) and working with governed datasetsUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in delivering reporting solutionsWorking written and oral proficiency in English and Dutch is a mustWorking written and oral proficiency in French is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with business and technical teamsSelf-starter with curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously growBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldWORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL; Travel is required across Europe and North America (up to 10%)#LI-SM2
