Voor een van onze klanten in de Benelux zoekt Dark Light een Head of IT & Data die IT, data en automatisatie kan vertalen naar meetbare businessimpact. Het gaat om een strategische rol met voldoende ruimte voor hands-on betrokkenheid bij projecten die de organisatie klaarstomen voor de toekomst.De rolIn deze functie stuur je drie teams aan (IT Service Desk, Data en RPA), samen ongeveer negen specialisten. Je zorgt voor een sterke aansluiting tussen technologie, processen en data. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in een ERP-migratie naar SAP S/4HANA als onderdeel van een internationale digitale roadmap.VerantwoordelijkhedenTeams leiden en inspireren: coachen, motiveren en talent laten groeienData en BI versterken: meewerken aan data governance, rapportering en inzichtenIT-strategie ontwikkelen: vertalen van bedrijfsstrategie naar een schaalbare IT-roadmapProcessen optimaliseren: systemen en datastromen slimmer laten samenwerkenInnovatie stimuleren: digitalisering, automatisering en data-integriteit versterkenSamenwerken en verbinden: aanspreekpunt voor lokale afdelingen en internationale IT-organisatieProfiel8–10 jaar ervaring in IT, waarvan minstens 4 jaar in een leidinggevende rolHands-on ervaring met data- en BI-tools (Power BI of vergelijkbaar)Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en data governanceErvaring met het aansturen van IT-serviceteams (klantgerichtheid en continuïteit)Idealiter ervaring binnen een internationale matrixorganisatieVlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)Strategisch sterk, proactief en tegelijk pragmatisch in uitvoeringAanbodVoltijdse vaste functie met autonomie, strategische verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbare impactCompetitief salarispakket met extralegale voordelen (o.a. bedrijfswagen, verzekeringen, maaltijdcheques, 13e maand)Flexibel werkmodel met 2 dagen thuiswerkRuimte voor opleiding en groei (technisch en leiderschap)Internationale werkomgeving met focus op innovatie en samenwerking
