Dark Light is een Data en BI-Consultancy. Voor een organisatie in de Benelux zoeken we een strategische en hands-on Head of IT & Data die de volledige IT- en datastrategie helpt vormgeven. In deze rol stuur je drie teams aan en speel je een centrale rol in een grote ERP-transformatie. Je zorgt voor een vlotte integratie tussen technologie, processen en data, en bent een bepalende factor in de verdere digitalisering van de organisatie. Kernverantwoordelijkheden Leiding geven aan drie gespecialiseerde teams en hen coachen in groei en samenwerking Het data- en BI-landschap versterken, inclusief bijdragen aan data governance De bedrijfsstrategie vertalen naar een schaalbare IT-roadmap Processen optimaliseren en de samenwerking tussen systemen en datastromen verbeteren Innovatie stimuleren op vlak van digitalisering, automatisering en data-integriteit Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen lokale afdelingen en de internationale IT-organisatie Profiel 8–10 jaar ervaring binnen IT, waarvan minstens 4 jaar in een leidinggevende functie Hands-on ervaring met data en BI Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en data governance Ervaring in het aansturen van IT-serviceteams met focus op continuïteit en klantgerichtheid Pluspunt: ervaring binnen een internationale of matrixomgeving Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een troef) Proactieve, overtuigende leider met een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte aanpak Aanbod Strategische fulltime rol met zichtbare impact binnen de organisatie Competitief salarispakket met relevante extralegale voordelen Flexibel thuiswerkbeleid Ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling, zowel technisch als leiderschapsmatig Een mensgerichte bedrijfscultuur en internationale werkomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat
