We're looking for TWO Life Insurance Business Analysts to join our dynamic Business Change & Monitoring team You'll be part of a skilled 10-person team working on exciting portfolio migration and commercial development projects in life insurance. Our team includes Actuaries, Business Analysts, and Testers – all collaborating to make things happen What You'll Do:Analyse:Compare source vs target systems for life insurance policies migrationDefine and document requirements to high-quality standardsIdentify impacts of policy migrations on processesBridge understanding between business and ITTesting:Prepare and run process and calculation testsMonitoring & Collaboration:Act as the link between business and IT teamsReport on progress and keep stakeholders in the loopBuild strong relationships with IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution teams Your Profile:Solid knowledge of individual life insurance products, especially "Classique"Experience in life insurance migrationsProven track record as a Business AnalystMinimum 5 years in life insurance; university degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience)Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented yet pragmaticAutonomous, proactive, and solution-focusedExcellent communication skills across all audiences (actuaries, IT, management...)Fluent in French & English; Dutch is a plusClient- and results-oriented, with a "can-do" attitude If you're structured, adaptable, and ready to make an impact, this could be your next challenge
