Your RoleWe are looking for Life Insurance Business Analysts to contribute to key initiatives such as portfolio migration projects and commercial development programs.You'll become part of a multidisciplinary team of 10 professionals specializing in individual and collective life insurance, bringing together Actuaries, Business Analysts, and Testers to deliver high-impact transformation projects. Your ResponsibilitiesDepending on your profile, you will primarily support projects focused on the migration of individual life insurance policies. AnalysisAnalyze product and process differences between source and target systems in the context of life insurance migrationsDefine, document, and formalize business requirements in line with quality standardsIdentify process impacts related to the migration of individual life insurance policiesEnsure a shared understanding between Business and IT stakeholders TestingPrepare and execute process and calculation test scenarios Monitoring & CoordinationAct as a key liaison between Business and IT teamsProvide regular progress reporting on assigned activitiesYou will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) and build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external partners Your ProfileStrong knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes (mandatory)Solid experience with "Classique" life insurance products (mandatory)Experience with life insurance portfolio migrationsProven track record as a Business AnalystMinimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sectorUniversity degree in Mathematics or equivalent experienceFamiliar with at least one business/process analysis methodologyFluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus What Makes You Stand OutStrong commitment to quality, deadlines, and resultsAutonomous, proactive, and solution-orientedStructured, organized, and pragmatic with excellent priority managementHighly adaptable with a strong learning mindsetDetail-oriented while able to maintain the right level of abstractionExcellent communication skills across diverse audiences (actuaries, IT, management, etc.)Client-focused with a "can-do" attitude What We OfferAt Kronos by EPSA, you don't just take on a job – you build a career.
